Experience Tomorrow's Talent Today: 2025 IMSAloquium in Aurora, IL We invite the ELE Heads of Talent Executive Cohort to an inspiring event showcasing the innovative contributions of Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy (IMSA) high school students. This annual IMSAloquium event features some of the best and brightest students presenting their research, creative projects, and problem-solving initiatives. From science and technology to business and leadership, these young innovators represent the future talent pipeline and the next generation of leaders.   • Session II Project Presentations (10 min, + 5 min. Q&A) 9:20 a.m. - 9:35 a.m. 9:40 a.m. - 9:55 a.m. 10:00 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.

Our quarterly cohort exchanges use the following design elements:
  • Sharing practical case studies aligned to business needs
  • Identifying key issues and developing insights and solutions
  • Canvassing learning industry trends applied at ELE members’ workplace
ELE's Chicagoland cohort for DEI, Talent, and HR Executives is a year-long learning process through face-to-face collaboration and networking with senior HR Talent and DEI Leaders. Each member company is encouraged to bring two peers from their organization.
