Accelerating Performance by Fusing Sales and Technical Training

The Anixter Learning Group partnered with Regis Learning Solutions (RLS) to incorporate the RLS BRIDGE™ solution selling simulation into the Anixter RapidStart program for new sales employees. The BRIDGE simulation provided a team-based approach with multiple customer calls that culminated with a final sales presentation integrating products, services, and selling skills on the last day of class. At the end of the simulation, new employees had learned and used a tremendous amount of information. They also took away rich experiences that prepared them to handle complex selling situations back on the job.
