Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a simple yet powerful way to gauge customer satisfaction. It divides customers into passives (unenthusiastic customers that can be wooed away), detractors (unhappy customers trapped in the relationship) and promoters (loyal enthusiasts who encourage others to use the solution).
