With over 31,000 restaurants in 118 countries, McDonald’s has a passion for training and brings a commitment to inclusion and diversity to every community they serve. Around the world, inclusion and diversity at McDonald’s mean providing equal opportunities for everyone to succeed, including high-quality training programs to ensure success. In this keynote, three senior executives Pat Harris, Diana Thomas, and Charlie Strong, will share their unique insight on how their synergistic efforts in integrating diversity initiatives into McDonald’s daily business practices, delivering a strong diversity education curriculum, and driving employee business networks and external partnerships with minority organizations have contributed to McDonald’s success.

But, without training to develop corporate survival skills, those same people would soon walk out the back door.”
