Reporting relationships, involvement in strategic discussions and communicating the business case are a few of the challenges. In this interactive session, we will discuss how Learning organizations are addressing these gaps/barriers through direct reporting relationships (i.e. to the CEO), integrating Learning into business strategy discussions, etc.
