We will examine gaps in current acceleration programs, share innovative approaches that rapidly build leadership capabilities, and explore ways to maximize the potential of rising talent.

ELE’s Wisconsin cohort for Learning & HR Executives is a year-long learning process through face-to-face collaboration and networking with other local heads of Learning and talent Development.
