Allstate has been implementing organizational and leadership changes to align with its customer-focused strategy, improve operational effectiveness, and leverage management talent.

Allstate’s journey to redefine leadership and introduce a new leadership model. An overview of this business-led and HR facilitated approach will be shared, including the key role that volunteer “change champions” and “advocates” are playing to foster organic change.
